研究方向：心理测量学，教育测量学，认知诊断模型、项目反应理论、层次线性模型理论及应用。效度（Validity）理论及其研究。

研究兴趣

本人从2015年开始一直从事心理测量学研究工作。研究兴趣为各种不同的教育测量学模型在不同领域包括教育、心理、管理等领域的应用，以及效度理论（Validity Theory）在测量领域的应用。
