研究兴趣
我是一名受过临床与咨询心理学训练的健康心理学研究者，研究兴趣主要是行为健康与心理健康。近年来我一直与来自公共卫生、实践科学以及临床心理学等多学科的研究者共同合作，探讨风险/弱势群体（孕产妇、困境女性、慢性病人夫妇、青少年家庭等）的身心健康促进，尤其关注健康生活方式（例如运动、健康饮食行为等）与心理健康之间的相互影响，以及行为与心理干预的开发和评估。
